How Does This Perth Boot Camp Works?

With this boot camp, it is run twice a week for 6 weeks and you’ll be given off days high-intensity cardio (HIIT) programme that we expect you to do. Seriously, we don’t expect you to get in great shape just by turning up twice a week. You do need to do more than that and proper nutrition is going to be 70% of your success. That’s why you’ll be given a Get Results Personal Training Transform Manual (Digital Downloads Only). In that manual, you’ll learn how to eat and lose fat.

Venue: Supreme Court Garden/Langley Park, Perth City, WA 6000

Days & Time: Monday and Thursday, 5.30pm to 6.15pm

Commencement Date: 18th April 2011 (Monday)

Fee: AU$199/= plus 10% GST (Total Fee is AU$219/=)

(Please note that the boot camp will run on Monday and Thursday regularly except for the week of 25th April which has 2 holidays. For that week, it will be on Wednesday and Thursday. Also note that boot camp schedule is subject to minor changes.)

- Continuation of the bootcamp will depends on demand after the 6-weeks bootcamp.
