B/I = Basic/intermediate (anyone can attend these classes if they are cleared medically and screened to be low risk for injuries)

Conditioning = Suitable for all  if they are cleared medically and screened to be low risk for injuries

Strength = Suitable for all if they are cleared medically and screened to be low risk for injuries

Advanced Skill =  Only the people who have acquired pre-requisite level of lifting skill can attend
