First, let me thank you for taking the time to read this Get Results PT  6 Week Fat Loss Kickstart Challenge. 

I know you might be skeptical how is it possible to lose more fat, boost metabolism and build a stronger, leaner and fitter all in 6 weeks when you are told that you have to lose fat slowly. Well, if you have the right plan and stick to it you will be surprised what you can achieved in 6 short weeks. And this is exactly what happened to our 12 Week Fitter Leaner Stronger Challenge participants.

BTW, please do not get into the impression that this is a short-term fix program. Just to be very clear, this is definitely NOT some kind of “miracle cure”. This is the shorter version or 6 week version of the 12 Fitter Leaner Stronger Challenge which we just launched about 5 weeks ago that has gotten the participants stronger, leaner and losing more fat than they did before after about half way through. 

Yes our 12 Week Fitter Leaner Stronger Challenge participants have lost more fat than they did 5-6 weeks ago. In fact, one of them lost 5.7kg in just over 5 weeks and another got stronger seeing her chin up gone from 1 to 5 reps through our strategic and structured training program. It is a results-based, strategic and structured Kickstart fitness program designed to help participants get a good headstart for 2014 and look and feel better by the end of the year.   • Progressive Functional  Strength Training

Strength training will be key component of this 6 week challenge. Why not do long slow cardio? Isn’t that the best way to lose fat and get in shape? Doing long slow cardio is probably the least efficient way of losing body fat and probably not the best long term solution and not a complete solution. But strength training done the right way will build muscles for you to burn more fat even at rest. And functional strength training may boost your metabolism between 16 to 48 hours after training and bullet-proof your body.

  • Kettlebells

Kettlebell is the favourite fitness tool at Get Results PT because of its effectiveness and versatility in terms of fat loss, core strength, conditioning and overall strength. Ever wonder why top strength coaches, fitness coaches and elite military forces use the kettlebells? It’s because kettlebell training works.

Can you actually magically dropped dress or pants sizes and become stronger just by using the kettlebells? The answer is NO. Yes many clients at Get Results PT have seen amazing transformation using this ancient Russian tool but but the concept behind the use of the kettlebell is cutting edge although it is a simple tool.

  • High Intensity Metabolic Conditioning

High intensity training has been proven scientifically lead to fat loss. In our Get Results PT 6 Week Challenge, we crank up the training and boost fat loss and metabolism further by carefully introducing high speed ballistic kettlebells movements such as swings, cleans and snatches. to further boost fat loss and metabolism.

  • Metabolic Fat Loss Nutrition

The truth is you cannot out-train poor eating. If you eat poorly you simply cannot expect your body to look great and become fitter even if you exercise. The bottom line to start getting great transformation you need to start tackling what you put in your mouth. With this 6 week challenge, you will be given a detailed metabolic fat loss nutrition plan and guide to start dumping some body fat right in the first week. Within a couple of weeks or so, you will find your tummy areas getting smaller.
