What is this 1 Year Perth Fitness Boot Camp about?It's a fail-proof fitness coaching program that entails the following elements:✓ It's a Year Long Programme Sure, it's a bloody long time but getting into better health, fitness and awesome body shape is a life-long commitment. For awhile, I thought everybody knows that. Obviously, I'm so wrong.
